How Stalin Won The War

The Warsaw uprising is one of those stories from history you always hope will end differently when you read it this time.
A familiar story, but still enjoyed it. As always the big political stuff is most interesting, then the generals stuff, and the stories of individual soldiers the least interesting - though sometimes the sheer horror of a particular anecdote breaks through.
Mostly a testament to what can be achieved when you value human life so cheaply.
